LADA, established in l980 and comprised of site planners and Landscape Architects, specializes in land planning, and site plan preparation. The firm provides a full complement of services including municipal planning, site master planning, recreation planning, environmental review and environmental impact statements, visual impact analysis, site design, grading planning, erosion control schemes, planting plans, specification development and field construction review. LADA’s range of experience is broad and includes municipalities, recreational facilities, office, light industrial, residential and retail developments. Philip Doyle, founding partner and landscape architect, is the key LADA representative on the Mega Designer Outlet team.
